This applies to BDSMseekers.com, participating in and using these services means that you ("The User") accept the Terms of Use and Disclaimer set out herein. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to accept and abide by the Terms of Use and the Disclaimer in their entirety or any individual part thereof, you may not use the service. You must be over 18 years old to use any JAAM, Inc. site. Registering and/or participating in JAAM, Inc. site is confirmation that you are over 18 years old and that you accept the terms herein. You (hereinafter called The User) hereby acknowledge, understand and agree that all of the information disclosed by you to this JAAM, Inc site, has been disclosed freely and knowingly, and that any and all information posted in or on the JAAM, Inc. web sites will be used in furtherance of the services JAAM, Inc. offers, and that the information will not be disclosed knowingly or willfully to any third party without your authorization except as may otherwise be permissible by this agreement and required by the services offered by JAAM, Inc. You also agree to permit JAAM,Inc. to post your ad to other JAAM, Inc. owned websites. All/any changes to this and any terms of service agreement of JAAM, Inc. WILL be applied retroactively. 

User accepts ALL risks, liabilities and inherent dangers of online dating and agrees to take reasonable steps to protect themselves. JAAM, Inc and all it’s affiliates take no responsibility for members safety. 

We may disclose Personal Information to other people or agencies in order to (a) follow the law or comply with legal process served on our affiliates; (b) protect and defend our rights or property or those of our users, and (c) act as quickly as needed to protect the personal safety of our users or other people. Using other forms of Information about our users In addition to the use of Information to operate our site(s), we may also gather anonymous information, which may be used by us or shared with third parties. This is information which does not personally identify you, but which may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer. (For example, we might use this anonymous information to inform our advertisers how many users visited a particular advertisement, and for how long so they can measure whether the advertisement was effective). 

User agrees to hold harmless all officers, directors, employees and related entities of JAAM, Inc. for any unintended results, actions or liabilities that arise from use of any JAAM, Inc. websites. User agrees to pay all legal expenses of any officer, directors and related entities of JAAM, Inc. for any legal actions resulting from use of any JAAM, Inc. website.

You acknowledge that by submitting Communications to a JAAM, Inc. site, no confidential, fiduciary, contractually implied or other relationship is created between you and JAAM, Inc. or any of its affiliate or subsidiary other than pursuant to these terms and conditions. JAAM, Inc. shall not be responsible for any payment of any monies to any party in connection with JAAM, Inc. use of Communications submitted by you to the Site(s). Membership fees are done on a reoccurring basis. Refunds or cancellation of credit card charges will be made upon email, written, or telephone requests. Initial and rebilling fees will be refunded within 24 hours of charge only. Membership cancellation can be requested at anytime during the membership period and no further charges will occur. You may at anytime request to disable the renew feature. 

The User is solely responsible for the content, quality and accuracy of the information he or she provides. The User assumes all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this service. The User may not post, transmit or otherwise use any information gained from this system without the express permission of the owner of that information. You, the User shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site in any way through any means or device including but not limited to, spamming hacking uploading computer viruses or aps, or the means expressly prohibited by any provision of these terms and conditions. The User may not use any JAAM, Inc. service to transmit vulgar, racist, libelous or otherwise offensive and/or illegal material. The User is responsible for all charges resulting from use of this service including direct charges and indirect charges. The user also understands and accepts that by claiming to be a woman when in fact evidence collected outside any JAAM, Inc. site indicates that in fact the user is a male, constitutes a violation of JAAM, Inc. terms of service. This can mean immediate deletion and possible civil action. The same is applied to women claiming to be men. JAAM Inc. takes credit card charge backs very seriously. If you initiate a charge back with your credit card company, you will immediately be deleted for a Terms of Service violation regardless of any time remaining on your membership and even if we ultimately prevail in the dispute. If the charge back is upheld we have the right to turn it over to a collection agency. The collection agency has the right to report your charge back as a collection account to the three major credit bureaus and add a fee for processing. This will then be on your credit report as a collection account and affect your credit score.
Information Automatically Logged
We use your IP address to gather broad demographic information. IP address are generally dynamically allocated (different every time you log on). We use this information to get a general feeling of how many people visit the site and from where they are referred. This is done by our web host using standard logging technology.
Cookies
Our Site uses cookies to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit a page on the site. The cookie is session based (sits in the header information sent to the browser) and is destroyed after you close your browser. The cookie neither reads nor writes anything to or from your computer but cookies must be enabled to use the site as a member. 
Registration Forms
Our site's registration form requires members to give us contact information (like their name and email address). Contact information from the registration forms is used to create a unique record to identify the user to the system and for sending information to the member but cannot and is not used for any other purpose.
Members may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. This is used for your profiles and is made available to other members for the purpose of their contacting you in the event that your profile attracts their favorable attention.
